Item not compatible with Windows 11
Complete waste of money

not as good as earlier versions
I had an earlier version of this that was working fantastically with Windows 7, but had to upgrade when my workplace introduced Windows 10 (the earlier version wouldn't work anymore). This new version no longer needs to be trained by doing all the reading at the beginning (apparently) but we've had endless problems getting the profile to save properly. The acoustic and language model optimiser doesn't work properly either, so there doesn't seem to be any way to improve the profile and what I currently have is nowhere near as accurate as the earlier version, which is very frustrating.
