Improvement Weatherby Bathroom Pedestal Sink Storage Cabinet - White

Easy to assemble with a bit of help. Love the shutter hinges for the doors. So much nicer than a curtain around my sink!Shipper was excellent letting me know it would be later than expected due to an error and refunding me the extra shipping.

This products fits perfectly around the pedestal sink and provides much needed storage space in the bathroom. It was tedious to put together. However, afterwards it looks like the picture and is the perfect size for the bathroom.

It's a very pretty cabinet, and a hard-to-find storage solution for pedestal sinks...but...most of the pieces were coated in a fine dusting of what seemed like fiberglass or asbestos fibers- which I suspect may have actually been silica fibers from the many silica packets placed in the box. None seemed opened, however, the fibers were all over everything and by the end of my putting it together, I was coughing up a storm and feeling like I spent the last hour inhaling insulation. NOT COOL. It's been almost 4 hrs and my lungs are still bothering me. I also had to change my bed sheets because the fibers were all over my bed from unknowingly laying some of the pieces out on my bed. (White cabinet and white/clear fibers are hard to notice at first.) Also, after 4 hrs of having the cabinet in my bathroom, the entire bathroom now smells very strongly of chemicals- similar to fresh paint but a bit more on the unhealthy side. Gonna need to leave the window open along with the cabinet doors for a day or two so it can wear off. (Mind you, this is after I wiped it down to get all the fiber residue off of it.)All in all, it's pretty and serves my storage needs, but between it's construction (the paint chips off along with shards of the particleboard it's made of simply by tightening the screws..not even too tight- just snug and it chips the surface.) and the super toxic god knows what fiber residue that was all over it, which messed up my lungs and is now stinking up my bathroom- I have to say that the price tag for this cabinet is waaay higher than it should be. I'd say paying $80 tops for this thing would be a stretch, let alone over $200 which I unfortunately paid. The particle board alone makes this NOT a $200 item.Again, once put together, it LOOKS very nice and it was the only cabinet I found that would fit around a pedestal sink...so my options were slim. I just hope the toxic smell will go away after a few days of airing out the bathroom. I also hope the flimsy finish/particleboard will hold up to moisture from bathroom steam. I'm concerned about that. We shall see.

This was easy to put together and very sturdy. Fits perfectly!

Good item to add in the bathroom rather than getting a new sink with cabinet. Very well priced.Only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of 5 stars is that I wish it was a bit deeper and higher.
