As expected and good
No installation instructions but YouTube had the answers. Worked straight away on my C430W

Very good value item - double the life of usual drum
Unfortunately my printer had other problems so I didn't get to use it but it arrived in good time and was in perfect condition with the extra long life chip too. I've used one of these chips before and its easy to insert and use. I would recommend

Chip Missing
Product came on time with clear instructions and was easy to install. However, one of the chips was missing which means that I won't get the life from the drum that I should so will eventually have to order another chip.
