There’s another reviewer on here that could’ve been me-it was exactly what I’ve been going through this past year and it was her review that made my decision to buy this product. So I need to do the same for others if it might help. So I’m turning 40, and for the past year I’ve been going through hell-the panic attacks, anxiety are the worst, they came out of nowhere I didn’t know what was happening or why. Then came depression, the hair loss, skin problems, extreme fatigue, racing heart, I could go on. It took me a whole year to figure out it’s perimenopause. I do still have periods but they’re abnormal, they last twice as long as before and mostly very light. And no hot flashes yet thank god but I do feel intolerant of heat. My docs gave me antidepressants (that I refuse to take) I had all kinds of tests done, everything came back normal, and no one seemed to want to test my hormones, said it was pointless. I’ve spent hundreds on different supplements, tried meditation, yoga, bought self help books, even downloaded an expensive ‘cure yourself of panic attacks’ type of program. Now for the good news. This menopause supplement has done more for me in 2 weeks than anything else I’ve tried. I know it can take a month or two to see full results but I’m definitely noticing a difference already. I do still feel the panic bubble up sometimes but it doesn’t get full blown and I’m hoping that will ease in time too. I have a lot more energy and I’m just really all around feeling more positive. I’m hopeful for the first time that I’ve found something that actually works! Hopefully I can leave another review after about 2 months and things will be even better. Thank you thank you thank you, it’s such a relief. If this keeps working like this I am a customer for life (or however long this hell called menopause lasts for!) it’s not a magic pill, anything that says so is a scam, but I can FEEL the difference, it’s working, like I’m slowly climbing out of the dark hole. The first couple days I did feel like it made my heart race but I’m used to that anyway..And that’s starting to go away too. Ladies give it a chance, and give it some time to work. If your story is anything like mine, this might be your answer. I will give 5 stars when I’ve used it longer and things are (hopefully) even better, as said, it’s been 2 weeks;)

Update: this product stopped working for me after aboutThis product worked to I began to get hot flashes and night sweats when I was 46, although my bloodwork did not show I was in menopause quite yet: therefore, perimenopause symptoms. I ended up trying sage tea, and the Alvita sage tea worked at completely eliminating my hot flashes and night sweats for over 1.5 years. I also grew my own sage to save $. The sage tea worked very quickly, I noticed improvement after one day, and elimination of hot flashes/night sweats after 5 days of drinking a cup of tea/day. I was even able to lower the tea to every 2 or 3 days. Then at 48, the hot flashes and night sweats returned with a vengeance. Hot flashes were about 1 per hour, and intense night sweats were about 4-5 times per night. I was experiencing stress which didn't help, and now my bloodwork showed increased FSH levels (at levels indicating entering menopause) but circulating estrogen still. I increased my sage tea consumption to every day, but to no avail. So I tried this product. At first, I was taking 1 capsule in the AM, and 1 in the PM to give a more even dose to my body, but I researched normal peak estrogen cycling levels, and the largest peak is in the morning. Since this product has soy in it, I figured it was better to mimic the peak estrogen levels normally found pre-menopause. So I switched to 2 capsules in the AM. After 2 weeks, I still had no improvement of my symptoms, so I added 2 other products: Nested Menopause Complete Natural Care at half dosage (1 capsule in the PM since it has camomile in it, but no soy in it), and Smoky Mountain Original Formula Estro-Life (once a day in the AM, to again mimic peak estrogen levels). After 3.5 weeks I noticed my hot flashes & night sweats were not as intense, and by 4 weeks I had substantial improvement in night sweats and hot flashes. By about 4.5 weeks, the hot flashes and night sweats were essentially eliminated. I don't skip any days with this product, but I've only been on it about 4 months. I have continued to take the Nested Menopause Complete Natural Care since it's not the same formulation as this product (some overlap though), and I think it complements it. I also still drink sage tea, every 1 to 2 days. After a couple months, I reduced the Smoky Mountain Estro Cream to every 2-3 days for the past couple weeks, and have not had a return of the night sweats or hot flashes. I will continue to wean myself off the Estro Cream, and if my symptoms do not return, then I will update this review, as that would mean this herbal product is the main reason for the elimination of my night sweats/hot flashes. I deducted one star for the price of this product. At some point I may try NOW Menopause Support since it has similar ingredients (albeit in different quantities) to this product at a substantially lower cost. Bottom line: this product is definitely worth trying, and trying it for long enough for an herbal remedy to work, so 2 bottles for fair tryout. I order it via Subscribe and Save to reduce the cost 15%.
