Works with Alexa (Amazon Echo Show)
Seems very similar to previous versions in terms of set up and user interface but this also allows a connection to Amazon Show devices so that you can view and hear what is on any camera channel from the Echo Show devices. Works with cameras that have lights that switch on when motion detected.

Easy to install
Very easy to set up, needed this box to link with existing Swan cameras had no problem connecting them. Followed the instructions and all is working great.

Excellent replacement for old Swann dvr
Easy to replace with old , point to note no more email photos as issues with gmail and external agencies. However you can have short footage messaged to you phone via app.

This unit is not full kit.
The unit is just the hardrive (if that is the correct word) no cameras or camera cables which is exactly what we needed as it was a replacement unit.Arrived on time, in good condition and exactly as advertised.Simple to install, very lightweight which was good for us as installed on a high shelf, compact and ideal for its purpose.

Second hand, used or returned ???
Promised two days delivery, in the end took 8 days and near impossible to chase with Evri.Received in the end, wrapped in just black plastic, the Swann security seals already opened, no Swann wrapping on the unit, this is obviously second hand, used or a returned item.Will be escalating this to Swann and Amazon

A replacement fo an earlier DVR
Seems fine. I wasn't happy that I had to find a small TV to use to set it up as my laptop doesn't have a video in port. Once plugged into a smartish TV it was easy. I just followed the on screen instructions.

WOW
Had a Samsung 16ch for about 6 years until lightening took it out. Didn't think I could get anything close until I tried this unit. For ease of use, setup, and picture quality, it's a 100% improvement. Access to my network desktop, and mobile phone was a snap, unlike the Samsung. Plus, it's compatible with my existing Samsung cameras which is about a $1200 bonus. Worth every penny.
