Does it work with an iPhone 11 Pro Max with a case?

yes it has a rubberband that keeps your phone in place only issue is you cant connect your phone to charger and use because the counter wont work on the charger.

Can you charge the device while shaking?

No it will cause the phone not to walk

Will this work with the galaxy s22 ultra? we got new phones and now we don't get any distance at all.

Mine works fine with the new phone. Might want to make sure you're not putting the app into deep sleep mode where it is not recording when the game is logged off.

what is the charger port for? what does the do?
