Seller Delivered a Quality Phone That Endured
I really loved this phone — it’s an amazing device with great performance. The only drawback was that it wasn’t originally set up for T‑Mobile’s network, so my son had to flash it to get the updates working. Even so, it’s been a fantastic phone that’s hard to say goodbye to as I move on to an upgrade. The seller provided a solid device that has held up well, and the battery life is still strong. Hard to say goodbye but on to S24 ULTRA hope i fall in love again.

"Renewed - Good" Galaxy Note 10+ more like "Renewed - Excellent"
Great phone. This renewed one looks great and works fine. I bought it to replace a Note 10+ that was stolen. Still good in 2024.

For an artist its the best choice...
Not lightweight. It has a large screen to draw. Arrived fast + in Mint Condition. Fragile, it requires a strong protective case. Battery life, so far so good.

In luv with my note 10+
I was very skeptical about purchasing a phone off Amazon. This is my first time. I very seldom write reviews. But I had to write a review for this purchase. At first I thought I got scammed. The delivery date changed a couple of times🙄. So I was worrried about that. But let me tell you I got a message from the seller giving me a delivery date. My phone came when the seller said. It's supposed to be a renewed phone. I couldn't be more happier. The phone looks brand new. No scratches no visible damage at all. I just had it two days so far. All seems good so far. I will do an update real soon. Hopefully all is well down the line. 🙏🏿 Sorry I didn't include pics.

It's a good phone
The phone has taken a beating as I've dropped it a few times with a case on of course. Great sound volume. Good long lasting battery. Cell antenna not as good as my s9+ picture quality also not as good. Slightly Grainy in comparison. Overall I'm happy with it.

Luck of the draw
I've purchased 3 of these phones in the last 3 months. I am returning 2. The first one I purchased worked perfectly, no problems at all. When I started having problems with the charging port on my older galaxy, I decided to purchase another one of these, based on that good experience. Well... The first one worked fine inititally, but it quickly became apparent that the charging port was worn as most chargers would fall out if you picked up the phone while charging. Luckily it would charge fine on a wireless charger, but still that's a deal breaker. Another problem was the battery life seemed pretty short and it would start to overheat when charging. You have to be able to charge your phone reliably with USB, esp when sold as "excellent condition". Overheating is always a bad sign. I asked for a replacement. The replacement: out of the box something seemed a little different, first it was a black case with silver edges, and it felt a little too heavy. First test it charged fine with USB, next I tried it on my wireless charger. No go. No matter how many times I replaced it, it simply would not charge on a wireless charger (yes, the charger would charge other phones in the house including 2 other S10+s. So, I think it is just luck of the draw here, you might get an excellent phone, or you might get one with problems. Returns are free, so maybe worth a try, just be sure you really try it out before deciding to keep.
