Is this good for keritosis pilaris?

I think this could help, with Keritosis pilaris its a game of trying lots of different things until you find whats right for you. My sister has it and we were told to try medicated creams that contains either urea, lactic acid, alpha hydroxy acid or salicylic acid. These creams help loosen and remove dead skin cells. They also moisturize and soften dry skin - I actually bought this for my teenager as she has spot prone skin and this works for her, but theres no reason it shouldn't work for you. Hope it does!

Can you use this in the bath? Or will it hurt more delicate areas

I’m sure you could use in the bath, I’ve been using it in the shower with a brush for my back. Can’t see it would cause any issues in the bath
