Great pump, easy set up and plug in operation. We have bad water in our area and pumps get a work out over time.. last one (same model) lasted over 8 years .. This one should do the same ..

This condensate pump is a workhorse and lasts forever. The HVAC tech who services our furnace somehow broke the plastic discharge nozzle on the pump and there was no way to find a replacement part. The tech wanted to charge me $800 to replace the pump. I just replaced it myself.

Easy to install. Worked immediately. Great 15 min fix.

Directly replaces my old one and no problems whatsoever

When the pump arrived, I tested it out before fully installing it. The pump started immediately once it was plugged in. I unplugged it and added water thinking this might help unstick the float lever and turn off the pump. It didn't. I was going to return it, but decided to take it apart and see if I could fix the issue. I found that the float lever was not placed in it's proper position from the factory. It was on the top side of the cam lever so the pump could be activated, but then not deactivated because the cam would not push the lever down. I had to remove the pump to pull the pin holding the cam lever, then remove the cam lever and place the metal float lever in between and then put it all back together. Tested it out and it turns on and off as it should. I attached a video to show the proper function of the cam and float levers. Not sure about durability yet because I just received the pump.

Identical to the one it replaced and super easy to install. And so much cheaper than the replacement by the HVAC guy. If this looks like the little guy next to your furnace that needs to be replaced, pull the trigger on this and save yourself a bundle.

Had this for months now and no issues to speak of. I've had this in a room where I've been doing a lot of drywall sanding to and it's held up no issue. Easily pumps the water from my furnace over the wall into the sewer pipes above. It also doesn't allow backflow so no issues with it leaking. Good little power pump.

Had to replace on old one, this one was easy to install and is very quiet.

Exact replacement for the one I had! Th original pump was in the house when I bought it 18 years ago. I’m not sure how old it already was when I bought it but would guess around 5 years. This pump is the exact same brand and model number as the one I replaced that is estimated to be 23 years old. Hopefully I get the same longevity out of the new one. It was easy to install, just plugged it in. I didn’t wire in the low voltage sensor (the original didn’t have this wired in either). I’m very happy to have found the same one. Other stores I looked at had pumps from other brands that had horrible customer reviews. This one is exactly like my old one.

Would definitly recommend this product. Attached it to our AC and it drains automatically out our window into drainage rocks. We are lucky to live in a ground floor backside apartment with shrubbery and rock drainage.
