Great purchase
Best book for lifters and strength/rehab professionals. Even though you may not be a healthcare provider, the book takes you in a language easy to understand without excessive confusive medical jargon.

Best book on anatomy
Me and my wife, we both are a big fan of Dr Aron. It was a time when I had to face sciatica and did not get relief even after PT and medication and doctors, this book came as a blessing in disguise. Ordered it immediately after watching a video of dr Aron explaining exercises on sciatica. We learnt about anatomy and and how muscles work in the body. Dedicatedly did few exercises daily and boy, must say that they helped me tons in sciatica pain. Now that I am pain free, I keep revising the concepts from this book and work on weaker muscles. This book is bible on anatomy.

Amazing resource
This book is an amazing resource. It is written in such an easy to understand way. I love the subtle reminders of what various parts of the anatomy are throughout the book. It saves me from having to go back to the original definition. You can tell Dr. Aaron Horschig was trying very hard to write this for the average person. I cannot recommend this enough.

It works
The Pain stopped after studying and analyzing my movements based on the context of the book. I had to purchase some extra equipment. Most gyms are stingy with their bands for some reason. Totally worth the ability to lift pain-free again. Gracias
