Great quality, but incorrect weight
This is a fantastic training band that is archery specific. No finger pinch allowing for more closely simulated movements. However, as a small woman who is trying to build up to a 30 lb draw weight, this is not anywhere NEAR 30 lbs on the fingers. It feels closer to 18 or 20 lbs, which is a bit of a disappointment. Make sure to "size up" when purchasing. It's still a great way to build strength.

I am loving this. I just started getting into archery and this is probably one of the more fun ways to practice drawing my bow and working on muscles that need a little help

It does exactly what it is supposed to do!

This is a great trainer to get ready for archery season! I’ve used it daily since I received it and it really helps tone and strengthen my forearms, biceps and shoulders.
