Alternative Women's Heather Long Pant

These pants were a little smaller than what I had expected. still, the fit is cute just a little snug. I wear a size 14 regular jeans and ordered these pants in an XL.So if you order these I strongly suggest ordering 2 sizes up! as I usually wear a Large in lounge pants. I should have gone up another size. they look nowhere as loose as in the photo! however, they were cheap enough for me too keep and wear them as pajama pants. Soft and comfortable. Fabric is thin, Too think for me to feel comfortable to wearing out to run errands as you can see every bit of my rear end lol.

I ordered an XL, because the other reviews said they run small. Well, not THAT small. I usually buy a large, because I like a loose fit, but these are so big, I can roll the waist band over twice. The material is thin, but I love that. Nothing shows through when I wear them, but I don't wear bright pink underwear or anything. Very comfy. There is elastic in the waist band, but the drawstring is functional too, although it is VERY long. I liked the way it looked, but it started catching on things and pulling the knot out. So I trimmed it down. All in all, I like them!

I didn't like these much when I first tried them on. On the plus side, they were soft & thin, perfect for warm weather & lounging around the house. The large size fit nice and just loose enough from ankle to knee, but the upper half fit more like leggings, and I wasn't looking for that skin tight crotch-molding effect. But I continued wearing them (mostly due to a lack of clean laundry) and I'm so glad I did. After a few wearings the material relaxed and the upper half became just loose enough to turn them into cute & super comfy lounge pants. The drawstrings stretched out too, but I just snipped them shorter with scissors and tied knots in the new ends. They are now my favorite casual pants & I bought two more pairs in different colors! Just to warn you, the navy ones look like a really dark grey instead of blue, but I love them. FYI I'm 5'7" & usually wear size 14 jeans with a belt...12 on a skinny day!

I bought these pants hoping to have a pair of sweats that weren't flood ready after one wash. Also, I wanted them to be able to slip under my expanding pregnant belly, yet be able to use them after I have my baby. So far, they have met my expectations with fit, washing, and length. The reason for the three star rating is due to the lightness of the material. I wasn't expecting them to be slightly see through or such light material. I have never bought anything from Alternative Women's Eco before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I love wearing them around the house, and they'll be nice for post pregnancy during the fall in CO, but I won't be wearing them to Wal-Mart or the grocery store :)

These were my FAVORITE pants. So awesome and comfortable... When my old ones got ratty I ordered the same pair from my past order list. They were delivered yesterday and they are NO LONGER THE PANT PICTURED. The pants I received now have an old lady ELASTIC waistband, MUCH thinner fabric, and different cut. NOT cute, not as comfy, definitely not as figure flattering. These are no longer my cute and sexy around the house sweats, they are now old lady sweats I won't wear and I'm super disappointed. They did not change the product picture or description. If they had, I never would have reordered. Wasted money and deceived. The old ones are laid over the new ones. You can see the cut difference in the waist which causes them to fit and hang differently. Every time I find something I love, someone goes and discontinues it or changes it. So frustrating! Don't order unless you don't care about looking cute for your man.

So comfortable, I love them and plan to get more. I usually wear a large these days unfortunately, and I'm 5' 4" and the large fits perfect. I got a gray and a blue, the gray was a little more snug but they stretch quickly and theres no elastic in the waist band so its hard to go wrong! The no elastic was extremely important for me due to severe pelvic pain, so I bought these as the perfect comfy pjs and lounge around pants. They are probably ok to wear out as well, but for me they dont hide the lumps and bumps enough lol. Maybe a looser pair. But for what I bought them for they are perfect and I'll totally be buying more, hope they get the other colors in my size back in soon!! Thank you for making a drawstring pant without elastic too!!! Really helps me!

They have changed these. I have several pairs in different colors of the older version, which is not an elasticized waist. The material is also a bit more thin, which I don't like. Thinner material means they won't last as long. I ordered an XL, and I am about 160 pounds and 5'7". They are also a little shorter in the length, although not too short by any means. I will still keep them and wear them, but not fond of the elasticized waist and thinner material.

I LOVE these pants. I own them in navy, gray, oatmeal, rust and burgundy (wearing right now.) I'm even going to buy a few more pairs soon because I wear these ALL the time. I am very petite and have a hard time finding clothes; pants especially; that actually fit me properly and how I like them to fit. These in size small fit me perfectly and I love how they look on me. They are so comfortable and I love how they are so versatile you could wear them as pj's, lounging around the house or even wear them out running errands like I do. I am also disabled and in a wheelchair so I like how easy these are for me to get on and off because of the adjustable waist. These are pretty much the only pants I wear now because of that reason. Love them!

Creo que mi error fue no leer bien la reseña, porque lo describen como "pantalón largo" y así es. Me quedó adecuado a mi talla pero es algo largo para mi, lo piso todo el tiempo. Me parece que está diseñado para mujeres de mi talla pero mas altas. La tela es delgada para mi gusto.
