LEGO Star Wars Rey 75113

This is a great figure and my daughter (8 years old) enjoyed receiving this item and also putting it together by herself. This is the usual high quality one expects from Lego products. The right arm moves up and down when a gear is rotated on the back of the figure, and the head is very detailed. I was unable to determine where the toy is made, as it states "Made in Denmark or Hungary or China" which is not what a consumer wants to see. I want to know when I am buying a toy from China, or not.

Jokes aside in my title (Rey toys, even harder to find than Luke Skywalker in the Force Awakens!), toys for one of the MAIN CHARACTERS in Disney's Star Wars: The Force Awakens are blatantly scarce in the toy aisles of Target, Walmart, and any other place you may find toys. You are more than likely going to find Finn, Poe, and Kylo Ren toys than you will Rey. Granted, the past few months I have seen a few more, but not nearly as many as the male characters (although there are a fair amount of Captain Phasma toys). That being said, I finally found a good deal on the 9 inch, buildable Rey Lego (with lots of Techniks pieces). I am saving it for my daughter's Christmas presents, but I wanted to go ahead and get it early at a reasonable price. I can't wait to put it together with her on Christmas morning! I will provide an update once we have built it after Christmas. Pros: Great time-consuming activity to have with the kids (I don't think the age restrictions for this toy generally apply). Very accurate to the movie portrayal of the character. Cons: Wish it had the blue lightsaber to go along with it as an alternate weapon. As mentioned above, I will provide an update on this review once we have put together the LEGO. If it is anything like the Captain Phasma, Darth Vader, and General Greivous ones, I will be very happy with the outcome (so will my daughter)!

Fun LEGO build. Did this with my 4.5 year old. She struggled to build it and I took over but she really likes playing with it. Has a articulating arm to “swing” her staff around which she finds cool. Nicely designed.

These are super fun. Wish they were about $10 cheaper though. Takes about 15 minutes to build. Easy for kids but I gave them built and on the same shelf as my statues

Nice Rey figure, with a good likeness. Easy, fun build which includes some fabric, costume material as a bonus. Any young girl Star Wars fan will like adding this figure to her collection.

My 8 year old Star Wars fan absolutely love these little Star Wars Lego figures. He didn't stop building until it was finished. It's a great display figurine in his showcase. Highly recommended.
