Great glue
Works perfect

Bonds very good
Works extremely well with polystyrene sheets

Works well with acrylic parts.
I needed some glue that would work on some laser cut acrylic parts. This def does the trick. Drys fast and holds well. It is like water so it is kind of hard to work with, or there is a learning curve when using it. A little goes a long way so the amount you get is good and can last a while.

Great Product but be aware of gas buildup in the can
This product works well. It's extremely thin and evaporates quickly. It was difficult to unscrew the cap from the can but once this was done there is a snap-in insert in the opening that needs to be pried open. When I did this for the first time, the insert went airborne. I used the product and it worked. When I went to use it a second time, the insert popped again but not as high. Just be aware of this when you use it.It also dissipates very quickly. You must be fast when using the product. I used a brush to apply it to the acrylic that I was gluing. It evaporates instantly so I had to re-load the brush multiple times to get enough of the product onto my project. FYI.

Perfect for acrylic
I bought this repair a broken acrylic drawer in my freezer and it worked great . This is not a glue. It actually melts acrylic together.. the joint it creates can be stronger than the original material. It also works perfect on polycarbonate materials.. I have built many explosion proof boxes out of polycarb thick sheets for Boeing using this Weldon product.

Useless, can does not seal evaporates in minutes to a couple of hours.
Pros:None.Cons:Mars any surface it touches except metal and glass. The bottle it comes with is worse than useless, the fluid runs out too fast, the bottle does not seal and all fluid evaporates from it in minutes. The can it comes in will not reseal so you have only hours to use it all up.I tried transferring the remaining fluid to a glass container and it ate through the chemical proof seal in a day and the rest evaporated. It stinks to high heaven and is extremely toxic, also extremely volatile so use in a well ventilated area is tantamount. As it is insanely flammable it cannot be used with a conventional fan as the motor may ignite the vapor. This is so volatile that there is little to no time for it weld anything to anything, it evaporates so fast it doesn't really dissolve the two parts sufficiently to bond/weld them.It cannot be returned as it is gone withing minutes to an hour or two after opening the can, so nothing left to return even if you could ship something so dangerous as a private person. The cap does seal the can at all! Conclusion:Complete and utter waste of money, an expensive and useless purchase that cannot be returned or refunded. As soon as I saw the can after unscrewing the cap, there is an extremely difficult to remove metal seal under the cap, I should have asked for a refund.Save your money and avoid this as a complete waste of money!

Solvent works but the applicator bottle is a bad joke.
Solvent works fine but the applicator bottle is a joke, it leaked everywhere out of the cap and then stopped working after the first weld. I happened to have some disposable needles for applying paint in small areas of 3d prints so I just tried those and they worked fine, not the cleanest looking weld but I don't care what it looks like. They should just stop selling this with an applicator bottle so no one is taken by surprise when they receive this unusable garbage.

Great viscosity for tight bonds
I have friends that recommend Weld-On 4 because it runs less, but I like how Weld-On 3 just instantly fills all those tiny gaps. This stuff really does a great job. There have been some reviews about not being able to open the can. I too had the same problem when it arrived, but then I had a long think about it and realized that the lid may be crimped down. I looked at the can and sure enough, it had a lip just like a paint can. I whipped out my paint-can opener and it did the job. After prying up just a tiny bit as I worked around the lip of the can, I was able to simply twist off the lid.I read some more reviews that said that the product just evaporated because the can could not be sealed well. What I did was, after getting the cap off, make the tiniest of tiny holes in the lid (which has embossed lettering "cut away to open" or something like that -- I ignored that message and just used a knife to make a tiny hole) big enough to fit the hypodermic end of the bottle into the can.I just squeezed out some air, shoved the needle in the hole, tilted the can, waited 20 seconds, and I had enough liquid in the bottle to do my glue-up.Once done, the inside of the screw-cap has a seal on it that once screwed-down should prevent any vapor from escaping. However, to further prevent loss of product, I then stuck the whole thing back in the plastic baggy that it came in. Will update if the product has all evaporated in a couple weeks, but I do think that it will not evaporate as I was careful to put only a small hole and also to *properly* remove the screw cap without damaging its seal or sealing capabilities.
