Amazon Basics 11.4 litres Stainless Steel Aluminium-Clad Stock Pot with Cover, Silver (Previously AmazonCommercial brand)

I needed big pots for making stock, Demi glacé and big family chilli’s and curries. I saw these for an excellent price and thought what have I got to lose. Expecting fairly flimsy pots I was flabbergasted to discover really good, heavy, sturdy product with well placed and designed robust handles which facilitate ergonomically efficient lugging about of very large and potentially ungainly quantities of party food. WELL PLEASED 😀

As soon as this arrived I had a can of condensed milk simmering away for 2+1/2 hrs yesterday and the pot is good quality and sturdy. Good heavy piece of equipment I try to weigh the pros and cons when spending money as we truly get what we pay for but in this case it feels like a very good product for a reasonable price I recommend. Primarily bought for making dulce de luche and so needed a deep enough pot to cover a can of condensed milk, arrived yesterday and I immediately made my first ever caramel (I've been making caramel with condensed milk in a sauce pan adding sugar and butter and stirring etc) however after yesterday I declare that boil the can is KING it came out amazing but next time I'll do 3 or 4 cans at the same time as it can keep in the fridge for a month and doing just the one can last night seemed very uneconomical considering the size of this pot!

Inexpensive. Great quality. Does the job well.Bought for a fabric dye project. I couldn’t get a used stock pot for <£25 that wasn’t aluminium, so this arrived on the door for £20 + change.Cracking result. Impressed. Works well, heats evenly, even feels nice to use.It isn’t Le Creuset quality, but at 5% of the price I’m very happy. I would be happy to make home made bone broth in this, if I hadn’t already used it for dye anyway.The brushed finish is more difficult to keep clean but apart from that I’m delighted.Recommended. 6 stars for value.

Pot is nice heavy enough and good size. I use it for stew can hold the heat very well. Good value for money

Excellent pan, i had been looking for a pan large enough to make soup, stews and curries and this did not disappoint i was thinking about getting the larger one and I’m glad I never as this is big enough with room to spare

It is a quality pan: easy to clean and didn't seem to scratch.

This is the most beautiful and SOLID cooking pot I have ever seen! I just got it today and I am in awe!!! Omg it is beautiful and feels so strong. Pure stainless steel. I wish it came in smaller sizes as I would like to order more. It is worth the price honestly. I was skeptical at first but thank God I did not miss this golden opportunity. Kudos to the seller.
