Pretty color bike. This bike is not perfect but my 3yo son loves it and it is a functional balance bike. The directions to assemble were included. It had directions to attach handgrips, but mine were already on upon arrival. Did I get a return? I needed to use another wrench to install the tires because one kept spinning and was not allowing me to tighten. For the price, I can overlook some minor defects. (See pictures) 1. The left handlebar has slightly more of a curve to it than the right side. 2. The fender is also crooked, like plastic warped on an angle. 3. The logo is a sticker and majority of the stickers have air bubbles underneath them and it did not work to push them out.

Bike arrived in 1 day, was easy to assemble, and my grandaughter was riding it the next day. If you have a 2-3 yr old and you want to teach him/her to ride a bike, the inexpensive Joolihome 12" Kids Balance Bike is definitely the way to go!

I had this shipped to a young relative. His mother barely got it assembled before he jumped on and went zooming all over the house. He was delighted. He loved the blue color and how easy it was to ride.Nice to send something that brought him immediate joy.

My 2 year old grandson loves the bike. We mad him wear a helmet. He had it for several weeks and he able to balance it and go real fast
