It works. The first day it did nothing but the second day it started. I’ve lost 5 lbs in a week so I am very very happy. I’m also trying to eat clean and I exercise. I purchased this because I had been on a binge and stepped on the scale and was not happy. This is giving me the kick start that I needed to get back on track although it’s not exactly a fun experience. I do get cramps when I need to go and the first day I almost had to through up as well.

This stuff works great as a cleanse. It usually works overnight for me with just a little bit of cramping. Other products for the same use cause a lot of cramps, but this one was better. I like that it’s natural. It’s my go to cleanse!

I'll be sparing no detail here. Soo.. Be honest with yourself. How well are you currently taking care of yourself? Me? Not so much. It's the holidays, sue me. So I started with one. Someone said to take it before bed so I did. Could not imagine if I started with two. I thought I knew what I was getting myself into after reading the reviews. I was mistaken. Get ready for the WORST cramps (seriously almost as bad as contractions) leading up to the biggest poop of your life. Then you think it's over. Relief... Nope. Round 2. You feel like you're dying. Doubled over, clutching your legs, then GET UP, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO THE BATHROOM. My point is, it works, ok?? Day one and I feel cleaned out. I'm gonna keep taking it. Definitely drink more water. Drink more water than you've ever drank before. Five stars for how straightforward it is. Should be called "get ready to spend your next month on the toilet."

For background, I am a 20 year-old female in excellent health. I purchased these pills for their purpose - a colon cleanse. I have no health conditions, so I did not believe taking this cleanse would adversely affect me, as most warnings I have seen regarding colon cleanses are for those with gastrointestinal conditions. I took one pill at 3 pm three days ago. At around 11 pm that night, I started feeling intense cramping and assumed it was the pills working, however, I was stuck laying on my bathroom floor from 1 - 7 am in fetal position, crying because of how much pain I was in. After 12 hours, I started bleeding when going to the bathroom, to the point of extreme concern. I went to an urgent care yesterday afternoon, which was no help and the only information I was given was that I was extremely dehydrated and needed to drink a beverage with electrolytes. After drinking gatorade and taking Advil, I felt better for a few hours. However, last night at around 12 am, I began having extreme cramping again, with pure blood coming out, and went to the emergency room. The emergency room was not able to figure out what was wrong with me through blood work and an examination, and with my continuing symptoms, I will likely be going back to get a scope done. Additionally, one of the doctors said that many of the ingredients in these pills should never be ingested. I hope that this review will help those considering purchasing these pills to decide against it, as I would never have expected to go through all of this from taking one pill, and would much rather gain 10 pounds, the opposite of what I purchased this pills for, than be going through what I am as a result of taking them.
