Excellent all-purpose cooling oil with high heat tolerance and long shelf life
If you're picky about cooking oils and fats, like I am, you may have been looking for a neutral-tasting cooking oil with a very high smoking point this is the one.It adds no taste to frying and sauteing, mixes nicely with other oils (like butter when cooking eggs).It's very shelf-stable. It took me six months to go through my first half-gallon, and the oil never deteriorated.I keep a spray bottle next to the stove to use in my non-stick (ceramic) pans, and it has eliminated the problem I had with micro-thin burn marks. The spray is also great for crisping the surfaces of meat and poultry baked in the halogen oven.We've used it for baked goods, salad dressings, and deep-frying calamari, hush puppies and falafel. It always produces good results, and doesn't add an extraneous flavor, like coconut oil..It is a little more expensive than some oils, but less expensive than other high-heat unrefined oils I've purchased. I think it's a good buy and highly recommend it.

I use this to make mayonnaise and it turns out good. I do not think this is organic but I use it anyway for the price. I have bought Kevala tahini in the past so I am familiar with this brand and I have never been disappointed.

+good quality+good price if purchased in large container+high temp+good taste-slightly expensive-can spoil if directions are not followedI have purchased and repurchased this stuff. Avocado oil, if you don't know, is awesome. High temp like rapeseed, flavory like olive, and rumored to be healthy. All I know is that I can cook my steak hotter with this stuff and less smoke than other oils, and the oil flavor is better too (if you like avocado). Avocado oil is expensive, but buying it in big things like this helps with that. The bigger you can buy, the better the price. This brand is top notch.
