Overall:These are a great set of pencils in a very nice canvas type zip case. I do a lot of adult colouring and although I do have other pencils, a lot of them are in heavy cases or tins. This is a really compact & lightweight case with a good selection of colours that are easy to use & shade with. Suitable for children & adult colouring alike and even amateur artists just starting out.Pros:Compact case, very travel friendly.Good range of colours and unusually, very few ‘filler’ colours of multiple greys/browns/whites so if you want a broad range of colour without spending too much these are a good option.Soft leads which are easy to colour & shade with.Shading card with the corresponding shade printed on the card as is on the barrel.Room enough in the zip case to slip a small/compact colouring or sketch book in.Lightweight but sturdy case with a carry handle.Really nice feel in the hand while holding the pencil, they don’t feel spindly or cheap.Smooth feel to the pencils, no scratchy or hard leads.Easy to build colour & shading.Negatives:I haven’t actually been able to find any negatives! I guess at a stretch a pocket on the outside of the case would be nice to slip a sketch or colouring book in to but I have small enough books I can just slot in to the case & zip up.I guess at a push the zip feels a bit flimsy but I’m being very critical by saying that. Ultimately these are a great set of budget pencils that don’t scrimp on quality when it comes to colour & ease of use.

Really happy with the set. Great value for money as a lot of cheaper pencils tend to lack pigment. Smooth, easy to blend and a great range of colours. With the soft core I do need to sharpen more often for definition but would absolutely buy these again.Swatch card is really handy and I received a lovely email from Creativepeak when I purchased.

Ordered to replace a cheap set of 12 to get me back into art/drawing. No expert on pencils but these seem brilliant. Easy to blend. Strong lead. Easy to sharpen. Can be faded easily and go onto the paper well. The case is also higher quality than I expected. Ordered some extra sets as gifts. Brilliant for the price. Tempted by the larger set now.

Over the moon with this product, strong case and a great choice of colours.Only down side is they are very soft so not going to last very long - in my opinion anyway. Would still buy again though

I was worried I was paying too much but when they arrived I was so happy! All the colours are lovely and transfer onto the page as expected. There’s a softness to them for ease of use, they glide nicely on the paper. I paid a little more for the collection of 72 pencils because they obviously come in a case, I’m really happy I did and feel the money is well spent feel sturdy and hopefully will last me a long time.

I have decided to get back in to drawing after about 25 years. The pencils are lovely to use and I have yet to try them on different types of media but I am very happy so far.Still need a bit of practice but I am enjoying my return to art, and again, the pencil set make a big difference to my enjoyment.Thank you Creativepeak.Lovely shading and blending with these pencils. I have now tried on different types of paper and the colours are beautiful. Very smooth to use and easy to build up depth of colour.

Great product for starting out. Nice selection of colours. Good price. As you can see how expensive some makes are. Waxy texture which i like. But the only downside is they are hard to sharpen. They keep breaking. So I would say get one of those auto pencil sharpeners
