Pure Fix 42cm Alloy Pista Handlebar

The handlebars are almost orange, and they're polished dam well. That smooth polish worked against me when I tried to attach my brake handles to the bar though. They'd literally slip around the bar. My solution was to wrap the bar in electrical tape, and then attach the brake handles. Works fine and looks great. If you're coming from a drop style handlebar, you might want to give these handlebars a couple of days. They felt uncomfortable at first, considering how close your hands must be to grip the brakes.I'm happy with my purchase, they look sweet. I added brown bar tape to compliment them.

I freaking *love* this bar. Lots of compliments. Its great if you like the "Vintage Speed" look and it's very ergo as well. Super comfy once properly dialed in and a great training bar for your second bike (to train you to stay comfy in the drops and to sprint very well in the drops). I found my new ideal seating with this bar....Just purchase with the understanding of what that pista life is about... Always on the drops, no tops ever, and lots of core engagement. I *love* that, and if you love to ride in the most aero position you can short of a TT bar, you'll love them.

Using these on my orange Masi Sprint Speciale. The anodized finish looks spiffy with the black track grips I bought. The thing I like about Pista bars is the very shallow drop puts you in a nice forward oriented aerodynamic position that is more comfortable than when you ride normal drop bars. Even my 'shallow drop' Cinelli Giro d'Italias are a bit too deep for comfort on long rides, but these bars leave you no excuse for not riding the drops. Good, solid, weighty without feeling heavy. No discernible flex.

So perhaps the Amazon employee in charge of packaging mistaked these 'Pista Handlebars' for their 'Drop Handlebars' because what I got was alloy (silver) drop handlebars. Were awesome once painted a decent color. Who ever thought gold was a good idea should of been fired. But thank you or I would of paid more than 8$

good bar, a few small scratches

This handlebar is light with an aggressive riding position. I bought it in black and it arrived with a long scratch. It seems the paint/color coat is quite thin amd can be easily scratched. It is quote inexpensive so I cannot complain too much!

They look kinda straight from top part, but they're curved and if you look @ it from a top view. it's like an expanded "U". They' re very light! came well packaged! awesome, i love it!

It's okay. Not the best handle bars in terms of paint or angles but the price is unbeatable if you just need some drop downs handlebars for an inexpensive bike. I'd recommend going a size or 2 down if you're the distance between your shoulders.

Wish it was coated better in the white paint. Underneath is gold which is cool and all, but I needed white to match bike.

not as pictured, those pista bars and not traditional drop barshowever, looks fine for what it is.

I got this product for my fixie because I needed very cheap parts quickly. I received it almost the next day: I was extremely impressed by how fast it was shipped! The handlebar is very light and has a very nice finish. You can tell right away that it is designed for a fixed gear by fixed gear riders. Now that I have seen the product, I would not botter paying a little more for it as it is a premium product at a very cheap price. I was planning to put tape on it but I am unsure at this point: the finish is much nicer than what I was expecting. I am still debating whether I would prefer bullhorn handlebar. If I decide to go that way (bullhorn), I would buy from this supplier without any hesitation!
