Did have a small dent in the case, but makeup is intact.

Be warned- the delivery directions stated that it was handed directly to someone at my home. I was gone 5 hours and that's nearly impossible to hand it someone at my home unless it was a ghost. So more about the delivery itself. Product is great!!.

i would never purchase this brand again. i bought three. one arrived DAMAGED, and the pigments are tough to remove. not ideal
