The wand came broken as the packaging wasn't sufficient. Thankfully when I contacted Amazon customer service, they offered to replace it or refund the money. Kudos to the customer service . The packaging and shipping department can do better especially when it involves such fragile products. But the product was genuine. It's the best cream contour and it glides like butter .

I got the shade C18. It's one, if not, two shades darker than my skin tone, which is great. I can use it to contour my face.
