Be an Iron Man.
I would recommend this product to anyone that would like to build strength with 2 of these pills a day, it has done wonders for my strength and when I use it I am sure to eat a organic yogurt with it.

Doesn't upset your stomach
This is the best iron I have found. My iron levels were low, so my doctor recommended starting iron supplements. I tried a few, and my stomach always hurt but not with this one. I take it on an empty stomach every night and have no issues. My levels are back to where they need to be and it happened quickly. I always recommend this product to anyone who needs iron. I love all Life Extension supplements. Very high quality!

This is my second time purchasing this. Iron pills are usually harsh on me and while they help with my iron deficiency they don’t help in other ways but this are a game changer for me, easy to take, not harsh on my belly or mess me up in any other way.

Before you buy, make sure you need it. I needed it BADLY. Iron protein does not cause any interesting side effects -at least in my case, but my fingernails look SO much better.

Restores hemoglobin and energy
I found this very helpful for restoring hemoglobin and energy levels after a blood donation.

I started taking these about a month ago as my recent blood test showed an iron deficiency and a depressed red blood cell count. The most recent blood test showed no change in this so I have now swapped to another brand, I feel like I've been taking a placebo for a month.
