The colors of this item are much more garish than represented. In particular the gold color is really a bright, banana yellow. The placemats are also edged with contrasting white stitching that sticks out in an unattractive way. It appears that they used whatever thread was available. The stitching is not straight and doubles back on itself in several locations so it is noticeable and poorly done.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Decided not to use them as table placemats as I don't want them to get ruin by food/drink stains. Instead using them as protective mats on my furniture. They really compliment my decor. The only complaint is that I wish they had not cut costs by using white thread to hem them but instead a matching colour thread. Otherwise beautiful product

Flimsy, colors are not as pictured and manufacturer used WHITE THREAD on the dark background. YUCK!!Talk about junk. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$$

Wanted a rug look placemat to perform close-up magic on and these are perfect! The pack of four also works for my other three magician buddies too! Very pleased!

I love that the placemats are machine washable. They line dry quickly and maintain their color and shape.

I have to return mats. The colors are wrong with table and room.
