Light doesn't work
I was using the 30 minute Smile strips before I bought the Light package and saw a difference immediately. I used them every 3 days or so for the gum sensitivity I got but no tooth nerve pain! As most everyone else reported, the light doesn't stay on long enough to get a single 5 minute treatment. The light turns on and after 5 seconds, the machine beeps and the light turns off. The light is garbage but the strips are great without it.Update: I reported the non functioning light to the seller and immediately got a refund. Kudos to the seller for quick easy customer service.

This product is a definite buy if you want whiter smile
My teeth were whiter in only 3 uses I just had to get a backup set of strips so I didn’t run out I got them because I saw my friends teeth were so dazzling white

Replacement, Thank you.
Amazon went above and beyond to replace this product for me. I've used the product before with good results. I re-ordered this product, however, the 2 packages of straps I did open before calling customer service were melted and the blue light mouth device did not turn on. Amazon fixed the issue that same day and I recieved a working product within 24 hrs. Thank you to Amazon & ARC.

I purchased two of these kits. One came with a dead battery. Might not get refund.
I purchased two of these. The whitening light came with a dead battery on one of them. The other one was fine. I contacted customer service about the issue. This item isn't returnable. I finally received a refund for the defective one, but the customer service person said this was a one time exception. Just know, you may not get a refund, even if it is a defective item.

Light went out
I was super excited for the product, used the blue light once and the next time I used it I couldn't get it to work. What a waste of money.

Perfect quality
Just a few weeks later after using this product my teeth were already getting whiter. No complaints!
