Nicoderm is the strongest patches you can buy, however the glue reacts to my skin
I quit smoking in October of 2019 after almost 60 years of smoking. I had cancer 25 years ago & quit smoking for about 4 years then. I remember that the patches made my arms itch really badly. But Nicoderm was the only "game in town" at the time. Sure enough the itchiness returned with a vengeance. So I bought a set of every patch I could find. The results are in - HABITROL WORKS. They are not quite as strong as Nicoderm but they don't itch. I will use Nicoderm until they are gone (they are too expensive to throw away) In fact I have used 2 Habitrol patches together. But the itching from Nicoderm was making me crazy. After all these years I was hoping Nicoderm would have improved the glue but NOPE, they haven't. Habitrol isn't really more expensive than Nicoderm because they are almost half the cost. AND you get 28 patches per box compared with 14 patches per box of Nicoderm. Sooo if you can stand the itching & afford the price, then Nicoderm is for you.
