Great cutters

Excellent item, these suckers cut through anything I needed. Mainly used for cutting coax cable and distro cables and it handled with ease.

Great bit of kit. Stays sharp. Cuts and strips wires.

Solid cutters. A bit too big for small wire stripping work (<2.5mm) and the jaws bind slightly as they close. But seemingly sharp for now, and cuts through standard cable very easily. Not spring loaded though.

Had to deal with an old armoured cable in my garden that went to my garage. This did the job perfectly, easily and quickly. highly recommended

It’s not too bad, it is a bit large in the hand to use when trying to cut 1.5mm three core flex and using it to cut the sheath from it. I struggled to open the cutters up and close them when trying to get it round the cable. It does leave a clean cut but it has dulled somewhat and will now no longer cut the string in a CAT cable. It is better than regular side cutters for stripping cable but for general use I tend to pick up the side cutters instead, however for the price they are not too bad. I do work as an AV engineer so for a bit of DIY I’m sure they will do the job but for professional use I would look elsewhere.

Ich erneuere momentan die komplette Elektrik in meinem Haus und verlege dabei viele neue Leitungen. Dafür brauchte ich eine vernünftige Kabelschere, weil normale Seitenschneider bei dickeren Kabeln schnell an ihre Grenzen kommen. Deshalb habe ich mich für diese Kabelschere entschieden. Die Schere kam ordentlich verpackt an und wirkt insgesamt solide verarbeitet. Der Griff ist gummiert und liegt angenehm in der Hand. Auch die Schneiden machen einen scharfen und stabilen Eindruck, nichts wirkt wackelig oder billig. Im Einsatz hat sie mich bisher überzeugt. Ich nutze sie jetzt seit etwa einem Monat beim Zuschneiden verschiedener Stromkabel. Die Kabel lassen sich damit wirklich leicht und sauber durchtrennen, ohne dass man viel Kraft braucht. Gerade wenn man viele Schnitte hintereinander macht, merkt man den Unterschied zu einfachen Zangen deutlich. Auch z.b. 5x1,5 Kabel schneiden sich wie Butter Einen wirklichen Kritikpunkt habe ich bisher nicht gefunden. Für meine Arbeiten auf der Baustelle erfüllt die Schere genau ihren Zweck. Eine solide Kabelschere, die bei Elektroarbeiten wirklich hilfreich ist. Für mich eine gute und längst überfällige Anschaffung die bisher zuverlässig im Einsatz ist. 5 Sterne für gerade mal 10€
