The metal nose adjustment has little flexibility and becomes unglued from fabric within minutes. Cloth mask is comfortable but very poor fit around nose.

When I say good quality it has nothing to do about how well the respirator works as I have no way of testing that. The ear straps have never broken or fallen off. The metal nose bridge has never become detached or broke through the mask material. They are comfortable for both me (5' 10") an my wife and she is a much smaller and shorter person (5' 1").

I previously bought this item from this seller but unfortunately the last box IS NOT the same the product itself is NOT the same. . The product is inferior. It DOES NOT have extra layers of protection as before and as it claims on the product description. The mask material is very thin and feels like paper!!! So disappointed with this purchase and this seller that now is proving buyers with a counterfeit product. The packaging is different (at the beginning I thought that maybe it was due to marketing/design changes but I was wrong). There’s no correct information on the certifications this product claims to have from the FDA. (It had it on the old packages).I would love to be in contact with the seller to work this out but unfortunately there’s no way to be in contact!So disappointed.

I wish they had supplied strings that go around the head, because my ears are tired from these masks pulling on them. The FDA EUA testing mentioned that that was a drawback because it doesn't hold the mask as tight against the face. But they gave it very high marks for the masks ability to filter out virus particles, so that was reassuring. The masks fit well and are comfortable to breathe in. Nice that they fold flat, and they have a good strong metal nosepiece that can be shaped to fit your nose well. They were a reasonable price, at $80 for 50 masks, given that 3M N95 masks cost $3 each at Costco in packs of 100.

These masks are light weight, fit well, and easy to breath through. The only problem I have had is straps coming loose from the mask. The straps appear to be connected to the mask using a heat welding process. I have not used enough of the masks to determine if this is general problem or a few isolated instances. I have been using a hot glue gun to repair failed strap connections. I have been carrying spare masks with me in case of strap failure.Update: Customer service quickly responded to this review and more than adequate adjustments for the strap connection problems. Great customer service.

These masks really are on the FDA list, or were when I did my research a few months ago. They seem reasonably priced for KN-95 masks, which aren't cheap. Come with instructions, which actually turned out to be helpful. My one complaint is that the masks in second box I bought had straps much tighter than those in the first box. This is probably for the best, since the mask's seal is much better--my glasses don't fog--but the straps are so strong that after awhile they're mildly painful, and they pull my ears forward, which is not a good look. So I compromise by stretching the right strap ten times before I put the mask on, which undoubtedly reduces its effectiveness.

I like the masks except for the tightness of the elastic around my ears. I can just barely keep them on. The elastic pulls my ear down and sometimes pops off.

These masks fit to my face very well but too tight and I would like longer elastic or better yet, adjustable ear loops to accommodate large faces (like mine). It was shipped in thin original packaging which was ripped and crushed during shipping. Should be sent in additional box for protection.Would have given 5 stars except for too small ear loops and bad packaging.
