Initially when I ordered, I had only seen the first two positive reviews because I was in a hurry. I later went back to look better at the reviews and saw the stream of horrible reviews and immediately regretted buying it. But when it was delivered, there were no problems. It had the firm consistency and light purple color that is familiar with many clinique products. I put it on small places at a time and had no reactions, and see a definite improvement on my fine lines in just a matter of days. I do plan on going to Ulta and smelling their product to see of it smells the same- this product doesn't smell bad at all. I just think it would be telling if it smells vastly different. In short, the order came on time, has improved my skin, and the texture and packaging seems legit.

It is very tacky, sticky feeling on the face, my make up doesn’t go on as well. I have tried 2 other Clinique products and not impressed with them either! One is the dark spot corrector and the under eye stick for dark circles.

It moisturizers and make skin feel good but not greasy and light weight you can ware under makeup and not be to oily and the price was good for this item! Definitely liked! I have sensitive skin so no problem with that! Good product!

This is a twofer. One cream tightens and the other plumps. I've used this for about 18 months and am very pleased with the results, especially around my chin and jawline where the tightening feature is quite noticeable. Keeps my skin soft as well. I have very dry skin and do use a moisturizer as well. I recommend this product.

As with all Clinique products, wonderful wrinkle-reducing cream. Easily absorbed. Could see noticeable difference within a few days.

This product must be defective. Burned my skin, had puffy eyes and chins after a few uses and had to go to the doctor. No instructions for usage in the box either, I should have known better. Given steroids by doctor to reduce the swelling and now have skin damage. Will certainly be returning product. Product burns skin, even when placed on hands. Sorry did not read reviews first. Totally disappointed, to say the least..
