Arrived broken. One of the welds on the camera platform was completely broken apart. Since we needed it for a shoot the next day, we gaff-taped it together and used it once before we sent it back. It worked ok for that shoot, but I requested a refund rather than a replacement as the build quality didn't seemed to be great. Also, there were signs that the item may have been returned once before, but they still shipped it out broken again. Seems like poor quality control. That being said, the glass seemed to be of a high quality and gave a nice reflection without affecting the quality of the picture for shoot we did. Maybe we just got a fluke unit and the rest are good. The cloth used to cover the camera also didn't seem very professional. just a piece of felt with a couple velcro dots. Couldn't really operate the camera unless you got under the fabric like an old-timey photographer. Would be better if it attached to the lens of the camera like many other solutions out there, so you could still operate the controls of the camera. Overall, not terrible, but there are better options at this price point.
