Q: Can I use these after applying shea butter on my feet before bed to help with calluses? Will shea butter damage the material of these socks?

These aren’t socks so much as slippery rubber foot guards. I load my feet up with lotions and things like she’s butter and then slip these on. I usually put socks over them as they slide around with lotion on your feet. If you’re going to wear them to bed, throw socks on over to keep them on. The definitely help with softening callouses.

Q: It seems that I may have received 1 left gel sock and 3 right gel socks. Can they be turned inside out ?

Yes. Simply flip them as needed to get the correct fit. Also, FYI I find washing the socks with mind hand soap or dish detergent keeps them fresh.

Use it alone. It is a weird gel feeling.you can use your lotion if you want

YES!!!!!!! That's just why I bought them. They are great!!!!! I tried the sock footies with silicone edging and they wouldn't stay in place. I tried mole skins, they made the blisters worse. These work like a dream. I have a VERY narrow heel, so my foot pops in and out of my shoes. These gel socks are fabulous. I highly recommend them. And, they don't really show at all. There are several styles of them. I have some that I wear with my Mary Jane sandals that just cover my heels and come around the top of my foot. Really wonderful products. BUT THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
