5" Heavy Duty Bench Vise Anvil Forged, 360 Swivel Locking Base Desktop Clamp

It's a benchtop Vise. Well constructed, smooth operation and has good grips. It's not portable so much as I have mine bolted to the bench, but different strokes for different folks. I have 0 complaints with this other than the packing was not well done. It was in a box loosely (No Packaging material in the box), and by the time I received it, the vise had come through the side of the box even though the vise was not damaged (I live in Alaska, your mileage may vary)

My five stars are given relative to the price point. This is not built to be the go to vice in a metal stop. But for an extra hand when doing liught duty things it's perfect.Big jaws with a small profile. It's exactly what I needed for my purposes.I won't hesitate to recommend.

I would give it a 5 star but It broke in two months. It began to pop and turn real hared when I put any thing in the jaws to work on. I took the tightening Jaw out and found the spring had been secured with a washer and cotter key instead of a washer and tapered pin and the washer had to big a hole in it and had crawled up over the cotter key and jammed the screw. I put two new washers with the proper sized holes and a tapered pin to secure the spring. The rest of the vice is OK and I use it every day.

I like that it swivels 360. It has larger anvil area than most others.

I liked the size of this item. I had this item less than 1 year and while I had something clamped in the vise. I was trying to take a bolt off. While I was trying to take a bolt off, the front jaw part broke so I can not use the vise anymore. I guess this vise was made cheap in China. Sure hope I can get some money back.

I think this product could be make a little better for the money

Would probably have been a good vise. But one of it's mounting holes is broke off and that causes the swivel to jam up when rotating.

Smooth operation, easy to use, heavey duty.
