This are cotton gloves best to be used for cleaning Sterling Silver or if shopping during the Covid period as they wash and dry easily. I would buy the thinner version if I were you. Check the thread count in the products details and pick the lower one. Hope this helps.

That's a good point sold as cotton gloves but definitely a stretch and compression factor and an elasicatedwrist area I would describe them as springy

Yes I have washed them they lose a bit of stretch. I used mine inside out as I had contact dermatitis. There is quite a lot of cloth between the stitching and the body of the glove
