Great headphones!!
I was looking for a pair of headphones that could be compatible with Teams and after making some research I found these. They are very cool and I like that they are comfortable to use. At first, I have a little trouble to understand how to use the bottons but after a quick search in Google I was able to understand how to use the options integrated. I can move freely around the room while talking. I'm glad that they will be useful not only with the computer but also with my cellphone. And the sound cancellation option is great!

Some Features Don't Work
The noise cancellation works and stays connected. The microphone only works in Bluetooth mode and they only give you a cable that supports they use as headphones. Contacted them about this and they give a very vague response and don't even offer a place to buy the right cable. With all the buttons its kind of hard to keep track which one does what so you constantly have to take them on and put them back on to turn on/off the Bluetooth, noise cancellation, volume and any other button they have, so it's kind of hard to use. Just an FYI even if you have the headset plugged in, if you have the noise cancellation on it will drain the battery.

Disappointing
Buttons are confusing to use, seems like MS Teams compatibility was more of an afterthought than deliberately designed for it like I thought they would be, I don't even bother trying to use them. I'd rather use a wired dongle with easy to use buttons. After several months of use, the power button doesn't have any tactile feedback anymore, it just squishes down slightly instead of clicking. I think it's only a matter of time before they won't turn on anymore. Maybe my ears are bigger than average but this headset gets very uncomfortable after about 45 minutes. I have to shift them to partially on-ear just to relieve my ear lobes of the pain and go back and forth like that all day. Sound quality is pretty good, that's why I rated 2 stars instead of 1. It's very clear why these are so much cheaper when you buy used.... nobody wants to keep them! That's a red flag I won't miss in the future. Very disappointed because I've had excellent Sennheiser products in the past, and in comparison this product feels more like a no-name brand.

Not the Best
Pros: You can answer calls on Teams remotely. You do not have to use the computer to answer the call. It was okay fitting, I do like the over the ear. Cons: Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE told me it sounded like I was in a wind tunnel. Nothing I could do would fix it. Needless to say I returned them. Being able to answer the call was the only function I liked about this headset.

ANC did not work
Sound quality and comfort fit were great. However, was greatly disappointed in the ANC and the dinky travel case that came with the headphones. The ANC did not work at all, and the travel bag looked like it belonged with a much less expensive model, not with anything connected to Sennheiser. I expected better from a name like Sennheiser. Definitely not worth the price. We returned the item for a full refund and purchased something else. Hate to leave a bad review, but this product was a great disappointment.

Great headphones. Work great in an office setting.
Best headphones I've ever owned. Dog barks nobody hears it. Use countless hours a day and battery does great. Only have to charge every other day. They are very comfortable and have a great sound quality. Would definitely reccommend.

Would by this again
Love these - once I set them up they're legit and I can use them with my laptop and phone seemlessly. The sound quality is also nice.

Incredible disappointment
These have been an incredible disappointment. I have a laundry list of things wrong with these headphones. 1. Not compatible with webex; If you connect to a webex meeting, they'll beep twice and will SHUT DOWN webex. Headphones continue working, they'll just turn off webex, amazing. 2. Same issue will at times happen with Teams. This will require you to power the headphones down and turn them back on. Annoying. 3. Pass through sound cannot be disabled during calls. You can control it while off calls, however it'll turn back on during a call, I have no clue why this is a thing. If you're in an office and it gets rowdy, you cant hear the people on the call or yourself. 4. The mute button because its right next to the microphone, people will hear you scratching the mic looking for the mute button. 5. Bluetooth connectivity is a big problem, 1 out of 4 times I connect it to my laptop, they just beep and turn off. Have to try again. 6. There's a subtle click when switching applications, i dont know why, no way to control it, just happens. 7. After roughly 45 minutes of wearing them, my ears will start hurting. Good luck on a flight or a long day of calls. Bottom line, 3 of my co-workers have these and every single one of us have ditched them for a $40 alternative within a few days. These need a lot of work, a redesign wouldnt hurt but most notably are the drivers. The drivers just do not talk to the applications and devices properly.

I bought this for work, to use as headset with Microsoft teams in conference calls. I have a 3 year old Jabra Evolve 75 that is a on-the-ear ANC headset. And when i came to decide on getting a new equivalent with Bluetooth 5 capabilities, this Adapt model has following pros/cons . Pros 1. Passive noise cancellation is better due to Over-the-ear design versus Jabra Evolve 75's on-the-ear 2. Use usb-c ports for charging versus micro usb for Jabra 3. Much better music playback sounds 4. boomless mic works as well as Evolve 75 in cancelling out noise for the conference call listener on other end 5. Bluetooth 5.0 versus Jabra Evolve 75's bluetooth 4.2 Cons 1. The headset do not fold flat like Evolve 75 and is bulky to transport 2. Epos connect software is not as well polished as Jabra Direct in terms of user interface friendliness 3. Visually there is no led light to indicate headset is powered on, whereas Jabra has a light indicator that you can glance to know the headset is still powered on

Will give 3.5 if there was an option of adding 0.5 in overall rating. Reviewing after using it for one day - Amazon delivered ahead of time. Hope it's not the case of under promise and over delivery - Design and build quality is very good - Connects seamlessly with devices - Can't connect with EPOS app. Really? even after paying 200 dollars - Voice quality is ok. Not great. Not bad. - Microphone is indeed really good. Works pretty well with MS-teams - Haven't tested ANC yet.

The device was performing okay till the time they launched a new firmware update. After that update the device iss performing worse than a cheap10$ headset. I won’t recommend to buy this as the manufacturer EPOS is taking a long time to rectify this issue and no support is provided. Calls are worse with no noise suppression- you can hear all outside noises as if in your ears. Not worth foe the money spent.
