Excellent bread basket
I bought two of these for my sourdough bread. The basket itself is very sturdy and the linen cover is fabulous. Washed easily and doesn’t stick to my dough. I saw this elsewhere for a lot more money. Great value for the price!

Should be perfect for proofing bread
This is a sturdy reed bowl. There were 2 places where the reed had cracked, but both spots are tightly connected with the reed above and below it. I don't anticipate any problems. Comes with an elasticized cover.

A solid little basket
I thought I could make sourdough bread so I bought this. I used this to proof the bread and it worked perfectly. My sourdough started on the other hand needs a little work.

Works beautifully!
This proofing basket works very well with my 4 quart Dutch oven.Also the rice flour sticks to the sides perfectly and my sourdough Boul doesn’t stick to it. Included instructions were very helpful.
