They make your gift stars I wouldn’t of given it any didn’t work not worth the money like I said above put money on it it shows it’s there then they take it immediately away. Call support they didn’t know how to fix it

Only to discover this thing barely works for a single device ( there is no way it supports the 16 devices as it advertises). Sorely disappointed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF TRASH ...
This device CANNOT BE UNLOCKED so your stuck with having to use ONLY NET10 SERVICES . The customer service is horrible , the wait time is worse . NOBODY could HELP me get it to work and they do not reinburse you for a defected device .
