The gummies are delicious and easy to take - they taste like strawberries! I've tried other biotin supplements in the past, but these gummies are by far the most effective. I think it's because they're made with high-quality ingredients and are easy to digest. One thing to note is that it takes a few weeks to start seeing results, so be patient! But trust me, it's worth it. I've already recommended these gummies to my friends and family. My only suggestion would be to make the bottle a bit bigger - I go through these gummies pretty quickly! I’ve been using the Biotin gummies for a little over 3 months now and can REALLY tell a difference in my hair and nails. I had to wait a while before I could give this a proper review and see if it actually had some effect. The gummies are yummy! Like others have said, they can be tempting to eat like candy. I take 2-3 each day. The first thing I noticed was how my nails looked, they did not easily chip and break like they had before and appeared to be whiter. Also, my metabolism has peaked!! I’m always hungry. So yeah, it definitely “supports healthy metabolism”. My hair was the main reason I got this. My hair was breaking off like mad, could have been stress or postpartum. Either way, my hair was getting thinner. After just a week, my hair pretty much stopped coming out when I combed it. I see less hair on the bathroom floor! I’m loving that part the most. I haven’t seen much changes in my skin, because I’ve never had much skin problems. But I’m psyched that this may allow my hair to remain and go back to its healthy state.
