No pump! Imagine wrestling with a slippery 1-liter bottle in the shower, desperately trying to control the shampoo flow. My clumsy hands have dropped it more times than I’d like to admit.Ingredients: The formula is free from SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate) but contains silicones. It’s a pearlescent white, runny-lotion-like texture that smells pleasant and lingers on your hair.Performance: It lathers well, cleanses effectively (even when hair is oiled), and doesn’t leave my hair feeling dry. However, the promised smoothing effect didn’t materialize for my frizzy hair. I still rely on a nourishing mask post-wash

I ordered an expensive shampoo from Schwarzkopf, and to my shock, it came without any proper packaging or seal and was already having a leakage. It genuinely felt like a used or duplicate product.There was no seal, no protective covering, nothing that shows it's an original, untouched product. For a brand like Schwarzkopf, this is unacceptable—and even more so when it's coming via Amazon, a platform I trusted.What worries me more is that it's a personal care product, and anything used/tampered with can lead to serious hygiene or health concerns.Being a Prime customer, I don’t care about 6-hour fast delivery if the product quality and authenticity are compromised. I’d rather wait and receive a safe, sealed, and original item in 2-3 days and that works for me .Please ensure you’re partnering only with legit, verified sellers who respect the customer’s trust and provide genuine products. Amazon, you’ve disappointed me multiple times now, but this was the worst.
