I'm a 42 yr old male who has played sports and been active for the better part of my life. I sprained both knees in highschool, once while wrestling and once while playing baseball. In my late 30s I noticed my knees became very noticeably achy after moderate exercise.. even just riding a bike caused them to ache and to swell. I can’t take pills so this is perfect for me and the flavor is just right. I like this blend especially because the B12 and it is the good type.

This stuff is honestly the best. I can feel a definite difference in my knees when I take it regularly vs when I do not.

I'm glad I didn't spend a lot on this... I've been on glucosamine/chondroitin for years! I have had junior rheumatoid arthritis since I was 6yrs old. I'm now 43 and can't do pills anymore due to stomach upset... And can't eat sugar so this sounded great! It would of been if it didn't hit my gag reflex . I've tried in smoothies and it just so distinct . And I'm use to drinking strait aloe juice any cough med... It's doable in other words I can stomach bad tastes no problem... Good luck if you decide to get this... I'll stick to sugar free joint juice it's like a sweet treat in comparison.
