Vitruvi Ceremony, Grounding Essential Oil Blend, 100% Pure Palo Santo, Clary Sage and Cedarwood Oil (0.5 fl.oz)

The media could not be loaded.  This is the third Vitruvi oils I purchased. I have their diffuser and I am in love with it. The first two oils I purchased from them couldn’t be better. So when I saw this one I had to have it. It arrived on time and when I opened the cap and took a sniff I wasn’t sure about it. The Fran ran with of Palo Santos and sage mixed with cedarwood sounded wonderful! This gave me a raging headache. I teach yoga on the weekends and I work from home during the week and I have diffusers in every room. I like a lot of fragrance. I like big, bold scents and I like a lot of it. More is more. But not in this case. Typically I use anywhere between 8-12 drops in the 90ml Vitruvi diffuser. 9 drops of ceremony will clear a room. I changed out the water but did not add more oil...you can still smell it. I think this scent will be saved for the large living room or the yoga studio, not in my tiny home office. This doesn’t smell like you think it would. The cedarwood defiantly takes over and crushes the two other more delicate scents of Palo Santos and sage. I thought it would be more ouch, earthy and rich. It’s a little sharp and a little jarring. Maybe I will get use to it. But I wouldn’t order it again.

Am not a fan of these essential oils at all .... mostly because they smell weird to me. Cannot point to a particular reason other than the smell is not great to me. I use a huge variety of essential oils from Aura Cacia, to Young Living and have tried many different blends yet these blends are not right to me. They are pretty pricey too. Will not buy them again. I love the bottle design though!

Smelled bad. I got it because I was lured by the name “ceremony”.The smell was strong and it wasn’t pleasant. I love the single organic essential oils from Vitruvi but this wasn’t it.

All I smell is black licorice. Not what I expected. Disappointed.

Admittedly I fell for the pretty packaging (what can I say, I’m a sucker for modern aesthetic and a catchy one word name!). The smell was indescribably bad. So cloying I had to do a vinegar rinse just to rid the machine of it and air out the room after only 5 minutes runtime which tbh was about 4 minutes longer than necessary to make a final decision on this one. Chalking this up as a loss and hoping the review at least spares someone else the misery.The vitruvi device itself is gorgeous but this oil is just…not it.

It’s made my house smell like musty underarms in a subshop. Very disappointed
