Absolutely love this flask. It is such good value for money, the straws are great and just feels like a high quality product. Could not recommend enough!

Lo q qiero decir es q la tapa deja un agujero siempre abierto por lo que es incómodo transportarlo en maletaso así, se puede derramar. Yo lo compré pensando q era un cierre q podía abrir y cerrarse el hueco para la cañitA, pero no se puede es completamente abierto

I've never put anything hot in here only cold and it stays cold, no sweat on the sides no matter how warm it is outside. I love the matte finish. I feel like it won't slip out of my hand. I really like the that they give you 4 straws, 2 metal, 2 plastic, and 2 straw cleaners. They only give you 2 straws in the 2.0 version.

I love the fit and finish and overall look, but, more importantly, it keeps my water cold all day! Still ice in my tumbler after a long day at work!Customer service: I dropped the lid to my tumbler after about a month of ownership. I couldn't find a replacement to order, so I contacted customer service, told them what happened, and asked if I could purchase a new lid. To my surprise, they responded quickly and asked for pictures and an order number. Shortly after providing these, I was told that they would be replacing my lid free of charge! Great customer service, especially considering that I was willing to pay for a new lid. Will continue to buy Iron Flask products in the future for sure!
