An excellent value
This is a very good Swiss cheese, by that I mean the common definition of the one with holes in it. The flavor is very good and it cuts nicely. It is aged 18 months which is just right for a cheese of this sort. I have lactose intolerance and can only eat cheeses that have been aged over 1 year. I have not had any problems eating this cheese. At about $19/lb I consider this a very good value. It costs the company money to safely store cheeses more than a few weeks. No real down side here unless one is looking for a gourmet cheese. It is not as sharp as some swiss cheeses and that may be due to the aging. If one likes that little bite of sharpness, this cheese is not it. I will be buying more of this when I finish the present block.

Excellent Emmentaler
This is truly an excellent Emmentaler AOC! Fast delivery and very well packed. This is the Swiss Emmentaler I remember as a child.

Decent imported Swiss cheese
Not bad. Not the best. It's a good imported swiss. Not as good as switzerland Swiss or finlandis Swiss, but good

My absolute YES swiss cheese 💚
The cheese is harder than usual swiss types in store, obviously due to its aging process. The taste is very rich. We love it & also the fact that only that kind of diary product is given the green light for several types of diet. Lectin free or anti inflammatory, for example, makes it a real treasure. Hoping that it will be avaiable thru Amazon in the future. 🍀

Best swiss cheese ever. Ideal to make fondue
There's nothing to dislike: refrigerated package was excellent as the delivery time was. I use this to make fondue, the cut is perfect to serve 4 adults. I recommend this product to fondue lovers as well as novice ones.

This Emmentaler cheese was very disappointing
We ordered Emmentaler cheese in December 2023 and were delighted with the cheese. We just recieved an order today but it is not delightful! It doesn't taste like Emmentaler and is crumbly instead of firm and creamy. I would like to return the cheese but it says it is not returnable. What recourse do I have?
