Gorgeous ceiling fan with plenty of speeds. The light is nearly useless though - it’s WAY too low no matter what setting of the dimmer that’s on. Considering this is a big fan, the manufacturer should have put a more powerful bulb in. I’m frustrated by the light but luckily the room I put it in has a skylight.

I already had this fan but decided to add a second one in the same room. It’s gorgeous. Goes well in our rustic contemporary home.

We needed a fan in our bedroom and my wife was very concerned about the look of the fan. I needed good airflow at a good price. This fan provided great airflow with a DC motor that provides very efficient energy usage AND made my wife happy with the Look of the fan.

Everyone who comes to my house asks where I got this fan. I should should MINKA for a commission!

Do Not Buy This. Dangerous. We have had this particular fan for man years. The first one was installed in our family room, new construction by professional fan installers. Worked great for years until one day the blade snapped off and almost struck my dad in the head. We called manufacturer mink aire but they said out of warranty too bad. Because we liked the look of the fan we though the broken blade must be a fluke and had another one of the same fans installed. Last week exactly the same thing happened where the blade sheared off and the blade hit the wall and put a dent in it (see pics). Called the store we bought them from and minka aire is giving them problems about a refund asking the home owner (us) to climb 15 feet to look inside the fan for the manufacture date. After spending thousands of dollars on minka aire fans, they have horrible customer service. We also have hunter and Casablanca fans not one issue lasted longer then minka aire. Will not buy their products or recommend them to anyone I know (which is a lot of people because of the work I do). These fans look great but to have the same exact problem over the years is not a fluke just seems to be shoddy work. Btw our hunter fans were less expansive and have been trouble free. With so many choices with companies you’d think they would have better customer service especially when a blade rips of and endangers lives.

Fan is expensive but beautiful. However the LED light that is included is a joke. So dim... Why? The remote has buttons for increasing brightness but it's obviously universal and only turns lights on and off for this fan.Fyi the corresponding wall switch is WC210.

I love minka fans. easy install and they run flawlessly. internally balanced, this fan never wobbles or has that annoying tick tick. its quiet and moves a lot of air and looks unique. i also bought the wall controller and dont use the hand held. but only use one or other… using both didnt work well. the fan was easily added to home automation and we never actually use the wall controller any more… all alexa commands.only reason not 5 stars is that light only comes in low temp … so very yellowish and minka sales/tech support never replied to me about a better light kit closer to daylite color.
