After only a minute or two I have the ability to breathe more deeply. Works well as an expectorant as well.The flavor is similar to a sweetener. Not the artificial type, but a natural sweetener like stevia or maybe even honey (no it doesn’t taste like honey, but it tastes clean and natural).This is my second bottle and I’ll keep it on my shelf. Recommendation would s three times a day, I believe. I use it twice; in the morning and at bed time.Not worth a deduction in rating, but it would be nice if the dropper had measurements.

The product is good, and it works. But the dropper doesn't pick up all of the liquid, therefore I cannot get everything out of it. It's good, that's the only feedback I could give.
