Great oil for the cost
Love this olive oil for frying. Holds up really well. I use this for sautéing also. Its actually light enough for salads.

No Taste
I love this oil. I do not use any vegetable oils for health reasons. This has zero taste and great for home made mayo. It handles high temp well. Good carrier oil!

Ordered Extra light and received Extra Virgin
Really wanted to add a light oil (I've fallen in love w pure 100% avacodo oil for most of my cooking) but wanted something lighter. So I was bummed when the heavier oil came (it's heavier compared to my avacodo oil) but it's very good and tastes fantastic! And unlike most Extra Vigin oil it had a much higher burn point. I actually got a bunch of it hot enough to deep fry without smoking/burning! But then that makes me wonder if it is pure EVOO ... Amazon made the mistake right! Thank you Amazon! Hopes this helps...

Great cooking oil
I haven't used this bottle yet, but I was getting this exact oil at my grocery. They don't seem to be carrying it anymore. So when I saw I could get this big jug, I went for it. It is good for frying or sauté. I was going through this product quickly. So I'm grateful for the large jug. I prefer it to canola oil for cooking and baking. There is no taste. So it doesn't flavor your food where you don't want the flavor of olives.

Great value
Great value for the taste and quantity. It's got a nice and light flavor so it goes well with cooking almost anything from stir fry to seering steaks to making a dipping sauce.

Light without a strong olive oil taste
I use this in my home made mayonnaise and it is perfect. I use 2 parts avocado oil to 1 part olive oil and I never have to think about what is in store bought mayo now.Absolutely recommend this olive oil.I use Chef John's from foodwishes.com recipe. I always double it and it keeps well in the refrigerator. If the mayo "breaks" while being made I add a whole egg and that saves it.
