My gastroenterologist told me to buy this product. It changed my life. I'm one of the people that has no pain with reflux so I never thought it was reflux I thought I had post nasal drip and I sat up many a night for the last 35 years coughing if I tried to lie down. The coughing always woke me up I thought I had bladder issues. Now that I'm on this I sleep 8 hours without getting up. I don't have the awful coughing. And I used to get terribly sick once a month on average in the middle of the night and end up sleeping on the floor of the bathroom to be close to the toilet. That's because I was swallowing the stuff that came up in the back of my throat and it upset my guts. I take it every night when I go to bed and after every meal and very occasionally once in the middle of the day if I feel the cough and the stuff in the back of my throat. I would not give this up for anything. It changed my life. Amen

Product seems to work as described. I tried the caramel flavor which is too sweet for me. The company provided a sample of choc-mint which is great.This product contains sugar so brush after taking, and sodium bicarbonate so know if you should consume that.A promising alternative to the very-bad-for-you proton pump inhibiter medications.

I've used it for five to 6 months now. It does help but I will say the texture is ummmm.... Something you have you get use to. The first month grossed me out. No matter what flavor it was. I recommend the mint chocolate one. There was a recent change to the bottle that I wish wasn't done. The older bottles you could put a measure plunger in the whole to measure exact amount. Now the hole is to small to do that. Which if I was to measure it out it takes way to long.

Great product BUT horrible packaging. I brought this on a weekend trip. The lid does not clasp well so I arrived to my destination to find 1/3 of my reflux gel covering my clothes, hair straightener, shoes, everything else it could touch. That was fun to clean up.

I've only tried it for about 1 week. So far i haven't noticed a difference. The only reason why i got it is so that i dont wake up my wife and her boyfriend with all my burping at night. They better be lucky, at least its not coming out the other end! haha
