I deal with GERD and the first week I took it was great, no heartburn nothing and regular bowel movements. Now at a couple weeks on it and my gut is about right where it was before. this item does not dissolve or digest well in your system,I had a medical procedure and doctor found 4 undissolved tablets in my tract,and in his opinion poor grade litlle to poor help in me!
