Decent quality. A few letters have fallen out but overall quality is good

Like these kind of products are hard to find in Japan. Also, letterboards are not common tool for sing in Japan. (it's impossible in reality because Japanese has hundreds of times more characters than the alphabet.) I don't mind if all the signs are written in English, so this product, which has a letter board and an open / closed sign, is exactly what I was looking for.It was made more firmly than I expected and suction power is strong enough. I replaced The open part of the opne / closed flip plate to my company name. The open / closed part is just a sticker on the plastic plate, you can easily change it to something you designed.

Replaced an old one. The first order came broken. Returned it and ordered a new one and it looks great

The sign board is great, however the letters you get with it suck. The letters fall off (while sitting in a quiet window) constantly. Lucky for me I still had letters left over from my 1st sign board and they are thick enough to stay put. Try another brand first.

Ended up glueing the letters as some didn’t want to stay put, but otherwise a sturdy product. One of the suction cups didn’t work - was wondering how to go about getting a replacement for that one? The remaining 3 seem to be holding it well, but would feel better if I had 4 good suction cups. All in all, though, I’d buy this product again.

After reading a few reviews I was a bit reluctant to order, but this was exactly what I needed and I took a chance and I’m glad I did. Since it was placed on a window beside our entrance I have had NO issues with letters falling off or suction not holding as others had complained of. I’m very pleased with this product and would recommend it!

Purchased this for my store and at first was impressed with the sturdiness of the board itself and thought this was awesome but after loading all the text and holding it upright, all the D's, I's and A's fell off and boy did I have alot of A's and I's. Not to mention, it is short on letters. In retrospect, this was not a good purchase because the letters continously fall off with vibrations from the stores front door even though it is not on the door itself. Would not recommend.

Extremely pleased with my purchase. It's built compact enough to last. But the tolerance for the open/closed slide is too tight making it hard to take in and out. Easily remedied by filing the left and right outer edges and putting the slightest smear of lubricant on the left and right flanges. Having gone through a few open/closed signs over the decades, I can say you can't find a better one, and your help can't destroy it.
