It Works!
Reasonably priced and with swift delivery, this salt beef cure comes with clear and simple ingredients and creates a super result!I think this is the best pastrami I have cooked, and possibly the best I have had.Will I buy it again? Yes, but not for a while- it's pretty economical.

Easy to use
Arrived safe not sure how it will taste have used on some silver side and it is in the fridge at the moment will be able to cook in another 4 days at which point will be able to see tge colour of the meat and tge taste I have also put another piece in so that I can make some pastrami again will add to review once it is complete and can judge the taste and colour. Tge product it self is easy to use and full easy to follow instructions on the package which is great never used a dry rub before only ever used liquid marinade

Brilliant results!
Delicious salt beef after 10 days of curing. Using a dry rub means your fridge isn’t taken up by a giant pan of salt water. It tastes amazing and I can’t recommend highly enough.

Spot on Flavour
Easy to Follow Directions ,Good Spices with a nice flavour, would buy and recommend this ,just get some rye bread or a beigel ready .

Worked an absolute treat!!
Was initially concerned that ingredients list had changed on product received and therefore curing agent might be missing, but turns out was all present and correct just labelled differently. Followed the instructions for a dry cure, 6 days and then 3 hours low simmer and a final couple of hours on the smoker for good measure. The curing has worked incredibly and flavour is awesome.

Brilliant, easy to use
Bought this to try as an alternative to steeping the meat in brine. Used brisket beef. Easy to follow instructions on the packet. Followed the instructions, washed the beef off at the end and cooked slowly in simmering water. Fantastic results. Was as good as shop bought salt beef. Eaten it all and now bought some more beef to repeat. Will keep using this.

Great pastrami!
Easy to use makes great corn beef and pastrami!Just like Katz’s deli in New York. Sadly Katz’s is no longer, sad day when it closed, sadly missed.

Great product with great results.
We followed the detailed instructions on the packet. The result on a Morrisons Brisket joint of 1.2kg was brilliant. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product, great raw item, detailed instructions and a fab result.
