Good product but not in love with the packaging
This is powdered sugar so it is what it is. I use it for baking and frostings and have no problems whatsoever. I love that it's a 4 lb bag because when you're frosting a lot of cakes, you go through the sugar quickly. I usually store my sugar in a large airtight container so it's not a deal breaker for me, but the sugar basically just comes in a plastic bag. If you open it and don't have a large vessel to store the sugar in, it is a huge pain.

Only powered sugar I use.
I am a baker. TC&H brand powdered sugar is the only powdered sugar that I will bake with. Amazon is the ONLY place I can find it.
